After six years of private practice and another four as in-house general counsel, Greg Mixon founded Mixon Brown’s predecessor firm in 2012. Focusing on mergers and acquisitions, commercial real estate, and general corporate representation, Greg established his firm as a “go to” law firm for new businesses and high growth businesses in need of legal counsel.
