HISTORY

After six years of private practice and another four as in-house general counsel, Greg Mixon founded Mixon Brown’s predecessor firm in 2012. Focusing on mergers and acquisitions, commercial real estate, and general corporate representation, Greg established his firm as a “go to” law firm for new businesses and high growth businesses in need of legal counsel. Greg’s entrepreneurial mindset imbued his customers with confidence that he not only possessed the expertise to address their legal needs but also the intrinsic understanding of business to serve as a trusted counselor. In 2020, ready to serve a greater array of his client’s needs, Greg teamed up with commercial litigator Scott Brown to form what today is Mixon Brown. The name and services provided may have changed but the goals and dedication to excellent client service remain the same.
